An invitation to participate in the 2nd Shared Knowledge Community Crew

I sent this out today to about 100 people know my work....In the past I had a hope or expectation for people to join in this....I find I have finally realized the detachment necessary to be quite indifferent to who does and can respond. I have found that each person truly has their own path and some of the people you most want to travel with, have other paths to go down.

For a long time I held the belief that all of the people I met were connected in and part of the plan...and i experienced great suffering and caused great suffering because of this. It took a long time to know there are many reasons to come together and sometimes it is but a moment...sometimes longer...`when you have left 'the system' completely it can be difficult at times to know just how long it took or where other people are at in their own journey.

Discerning where someone is at, their capacity and context, and which way they are headed is quite a skill. Most of what I have learned has come through constant error....I don't know if that will change but there are a few things that finally have been realized without a doubt. One of these is you can't force anything ahead of its time and if you do it inevitably will not work out.

so here is the message I sent out.

Hello friends,

I am sending this to people I have met over the past few years who have some knowledge of my work and may have an interest in hearing of and perhaps participating in the latest developments.

For the past 12 years I have been developing the Inflow Matrix, a multi dimensional communication system, as an operational system for a new paradigm organizational structure called a “Shared Knowledge Community (SKC)”. Currently there are 40 people participating online in the first ever attempt to co-create the first “Shared Knowledge Community (SKC)”.

These people are from England, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Portugal, United States, Canada and a few other countries around the world. Many of them are working on exciting visions such as transforming of health systems, open currency money systems and other such new paradigm visions and goals. They range in age from 17 to 70 and come from an incredible diverse background of education and cultural backgrounds.

The training process is through a sequence of “Missions’ where the members learn how to build a “Shared Knowledge Community” comprising of ten organizational teams based upon functions:|

3.4 Operations Team
3.5 Creativity Team
3.6 Synergy Team
3.7 Services Team
3.8 Marketing Team
3.9 Stewardship Team
3.B Communication team

To start there are 4 people on each team and that creates 40 positions, all interrelated to one another. The goal is to match your individual gifts and talents to your ideal job.

The start of the process is creating organizational and individual value systems that are chosen by each team and each member.

The benefits are many in regards to learning how to communicate and work online with people spread across the world in regards to a larger vision. And now it is becoming increasingly necessary to do so. We have reached a point in our history where we have collectively realized we cannot continue as we have before with the same institutions and methods of organizing. The movie The Corporation pointed out that the main flaw with our current economic system is the psychotic nature of the corporation.

Everywhere we are faced with issues and problems that are only going to get worse before they get better. Most of the people I am sending this to knows this in their heart and are doing all they can to be part of the solution. Yet for the most part you have been doing this alone and within an old paradigm system that does not allow your inherent genius to flourish and be recognized. We need a new way to work together!

After 12 years of research I have compiled a large number of tools: maps, card sets and table game boards that when connected to an online communication system will enable people from across the planet to integrate their visions, goals and purposes through a common infrastructure based upon living systems theory, cybernetics, and sacred geometry. The work of such masters as Buckminster Fuller, Stafford Beer and Ken Wilber have been integrated and connected to many other such giants of the 20th century. This in addition to all of the Canadian geniuses I have had the pleasure of spending time with (many of whom will receive this email), has allowed quite an amazing set of blueprints to be created, which are at the basis of this work.

It is time to unite! It is time to bring our collective knowledge together at a higher level of organization. Einstein said you cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it. The old paradigm of thought is dying and new forms are evolving out of the chaos. Each of us has a piece of this new paradigm within us...we need to teach each other what we have learned.

This organizational structure can be adapted to any context. Meaning, whatever you are trying to do yourself, you will receive the tools to build your own vision and a way to connect with all others doing the same thing all over the world. There are many more people that want to co-create a culture of peace
than war. All of us need to unite to co-create a new way of working together.

There is a game like atmosphere to the training and a metaphor of sailing a ship together is being used for the building a “Shared Knowledge Community experience. So we meet in the tavern and see what the deal is and who are wanting to be you ship mates. When we gather 40 people we go to the ship yards to build the ship. When we have the foundation we launch the ship. What comes out of it depends on who shows up and whatever emerges.

You can talk with people in the first crew to see what their experience is.

That’s probably enough for now. I hope that all your dreams are coming true after all the work that you have done. There is a shift in the wind and it is now our time to claim our rights as human beings. We are the ones we have been waiting for and now is the time.

you know where to find me......like you i have suffered much for the cause for the inflow matrix....peopole are like stars in the universe.....on they're own orbit with theyre own agenda that changes from day to day.....what we need to focus on is the hard candy.....not the soft candy experienced in past.....
