Then we can apply models such as the in-flow matrix to define our individual roles in the emerging systemic organismation. Information is the difference that makes a difference-- something you didn't know before (deltas your knowledge base) and something that, once known, modifies your actions (outputs). When we are running on all cylinders, our communication model can approach the efficiency of hive-mind. Unfurl the main sail! Stations everyone!
